Aero Flow began in 2021 when our founder — a machinist with fifteen years in aerospace manufacturing — made a simple spinning top on a slow Saturday afternoon. It wasn't supposed to be a product. It was just something to spin while thinking.
That first top never left his desk. And neither did the obsession with making the next one slightly better. Tighter tolerance. Better balance. Longer spin. A finish that felt like holding something alive.

Process
How it's made
Every Aero Flow top starts as a solid billet of 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum — the same alloy used in aircraft structural components and spacecraft fittings.
It's loaded into a 5-axis CNC machining center and turned, milled, and drilled to a complete profile in a single setup. No repositioning. No tolerance stack-up. Just one continuous, precise operation.
